The terms and conditions outlined herein constitute the agreement between you and Henley On Thames Airport Only Taxi. By booking a taxi and utilizing our service, you unequivocally acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions as detailed in this agreement.
1. Definitions
"Henley On Thames Airport Only Taxi," "we," or "us" refers to the service-providing company, while "you" and "your" pertain to any individual, business, or company making a booking with us.
2. Booking
2.1 Allocate sufficient time for your journey, especially for airport transfers where timely check-in is crucial. Henley On Thames Airport Only Taxi will not be accountable for delays caused by inadequate time allocation.
2.2 Ensure you order a car suitable for passengers and luggage. Children count as individual passengers regardless of age.
2.3 Specify wheelchair access needs at the time of booking.
3. Prices & Payment
3.1 Quotations provided by Henley On Thames Airport Only Taxi are based on the information you provide. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust quotes for significant itinerary changes.
3.2 The quote includes a 45-minute waiting period after the landing time and airport parking costs. Exceeding this waiting period incurs additional charges.
3.3 Confirm the booking confirmation for accuracy upon acceptance. Failure to notify Henley On Thames Airport Only Taxi of any discrepancies may result in delays or additional costs.
3.4 Payment options include cash, credit card, or debit card.
4. The Service
4.1 You are responsible for the behavior of all passengers. Charges may apply for soiling, damage, or negative impact on the vehicle.
4.2 Eating, drinking, or smoking is not permitted in the car.
4.3 Children must be appropriately restrained based on height, weight, and age.
4.4 Compliance with licensing and insurance passenger limits is mandatory.
5. Cancellations
5.1 Notify Henley On Thames Airport Only Taxi as soon as possible for cancellations. Charges apply if a vehicle is canceled after dispatch.
5.2 Online booking cancellations may incur charges if made after dispatch.
6. Liability
6.1 Henley On Thames Airport Only Taxi is not liable for losses due to delays beyond our control. We are not responsible for losses incurred by you or your business.
6.2 Luggage is carried at your own risk.
6.3 In the event of a breakdown, we will endeavor to provide an alternative car.
6.4 You will not hold Henley On Thames Airport Only Taxi responsible for expenses, damages, costs, or losses from any act or omission by anyone in your party.
6.5 No party can exclude or limit liability for personal injury or death caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful default, or any matter deemed unenforceable by applicable laws.
7. Termination
7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a booking immediately if a vehicle or driver is at risk due to abuse, violence, or damage. No refunds will be provided for terminated journeys.
8. Miscellaneous
8.1 Henley On Thames Airport Only Taxi may subcontract obligations. You may not assign, delegate, or transfer your rights or obligations under this agreement.
8.2 Terms and conditions may be altered by Henley On Thames Airport Only Taxi, with changes reflected on this page. Existing bookings will be honored at the rates in effect when the booking is made.
8.3 Information is handled in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1988.
8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Henley On Thames Airport Only Taxi and yourself.
8.5 These terms and conditions do not confer benefits to third parties. Third parties cannot enforce rights under this agreement unless agreed upon in writing.
9. Disputes
Any dispute or claim must be made within 30 days of the booking pickup date. Henley On Thames Airport Only Taxi is not obliged to entertain claims or disputes made after this timeframe.
